"I learned that challenges are universal—they aren’t confined to any specific region or country. But with every challenge comes an opportunity".
What is LSE?
Leadership in Social Entrepreneurship (LSE) refers to the ability to guide and inspire others in creating innovative solutions to social issues—like education, healthcare, and the envrionment—through entrepreneurial practices. Leaders in social entrepreneurship must excel in areas like negotiation, conflict resolution, and community engagement to create impact-driven organizations and inspire collective action for social good.
Tailored Training for Social Entrepreneurs
Each iteration of our LSE Program is designed intentionally to address the areas of expertise and skill sets each participant is looking to gain, from how to start a business that addresses a social need, to support in understanding how to scale businesses that have already begun operations.
From an intensive conference-style training program that brings U.S. experts to you, to more focused virtual or in person workshops that address topics like capacity building, leadership training, management, social impace measurement, and more, Company E has the ability to craft an LSE program based on your unique interests and budget.

2025 Caucasus Region Program
Our 2025 LSE Program in the Caucasus region will bring 24 participants to the US for an extended training program, set up distinctly in DC in order to provide access to NGOs focusing on social impact in the U.S. capital.
Through site visits, lecture series, hands-on experiences, and community discussions, the participants will hear from different sectors within the social entrepreneurship space, as well as participate in workshops on different topics, such as how to engage with stakeholders, marketing for social causes, and what it means to be an entrepreneur. Lectures and workshops will take place both in person and virtually throughout the course of the program, and will be hosted by field experts.
